El tratamiento de niños con Cancer en el Instituto Nacional Cancerológico en Bogotá se da en el piso 3,  actualmente tiene la misma imagen y diseño de su última remodelación en los 90's: sin color y con lo estrictamente necesario para un hospital de servicio público. Nuestra propuesta para la Fundación Emilio, quien apoya a los niños internados, tiene como eje fundamental la idea de explotar la imaginación de los niños: con una manta y 3 sillas un niño construye una aventura en un castillo, así que convertimos el pasillo en avión y cada habitación en una ciudad distinta, la sala de juegos un parque y la biblioteca un bosque, de esa forma a través de la imaginación convertir lo cerrado en abierto.
